Hi there! I’m Alex, and my love affair with hoverboards and e-bikes began back in 2011. At the time, I lived in a bustling city without access to a car – so I had to find another way of getting around.
That’s when it hit me: why not try out one of these newfangled hoverboards?
I did some research, found the perfect model for me, and was soon zooming around town on my sleek two-wheeler like a pro. It felt incredible – almost like flying!
And before long, all my friends were asking how they could get their hands on one too.
That started an obsession that has stayed with me through the years. Nowadays, you’ll always find me testing out the latest models or researching new products – even though cars are now much more common than they used to be in my city!
But no matter what kind of vehicle I’m riding on – whether it’s an e-bike or something else entirely – I still feel that same sense of wonder every time I take off down the road.
Background
I love forward-thinking products. I have over five years of experience as a Product Manager in the Consumer Goods industry. During this time, I’ve developed a real passion for products that push boundaries and challenge the status quo.
I also have experience servicing and maintaining a fleet of electric bicycles, electric mopeds and hoverboards. Plus, I’ve been responsible for road tests to confirm correct operation and stability. On a more mechanical side, I have worked extensively with e-scooters – so you could say that my skills cover the full spectrum when it comes to all things electric!
